MCP server

The MCP server is at https://api.getloquela.com/mcp (Streamable HTTP). It uses the same minutes and limits as the API.

Claude and ChatGPT (Connect button)

Add a custom connector with the URL above and press Connect. You sign in to Loquela Remote and approve access; no key is copied. In ChatGPT this needs developer mode for connectors.

Tools

A hosted MCP server cannot read files on your computer, so audio reaches it in one of three ways.

Tool	Use it for
transcribe_url	Audio at a public https link. We fetch it once, transcribe it in memory and discard it.
create_upload_link	Returns a one-time link valid for 15 minutes. An agent with a shell uploads with curl -T file.m4a "<link>"; a person can open the link and choose a file. Then call transcribe_upload.
transcribe_upload	Transcribes what was sent to an upload link. The upload is erased afterwards, or after 15 minutes if unused.
transcribe_audio	Short clips sent inline as base64 (up to 8 MB).
get_usage	Minutes left on your plan and prepaid balance.

The three transcribe tools take word_timestamps (per-word times, as JSON) and speakers (speaker labels, off unless set to true). With speakers on, plain text comes back as one line per turn, Speaker A: ....
